Healthy Oatmeal Peanut Butter Balls

Super quick, deliciously healthy snacks with lots of good for you real food ingredients!


2 cups of old fashioned rolled oats

½ cup of ground flax seed

1 tablespoon of black chia seeds

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

½ cup of raw honey (maple syrup is good too)

½ cup of peanut butter -natural

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/2 cup coconut (half kept to roll in – optional)

½ cup of dark chocolate chips


  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Roll into 1 inch balls.
  3. Toss in the coconut.
  4. Set on cookie sheet
  5. Chill in fridge for 2 hours.
